It’s safe to say that the ketogenic craze isn’t going anywhere — the high-fat, low-carb diet is gaining popularity (and converts) day by day. And if you’re on the keto diet and finding yourself running out of meal inspo, we’ve got you covered with a list of keto cookbooks coming out from now until 2019.

The I Love My Instant Pot® Keto Diet Recipe Book: From Poached Eggs to Quick Chicken Parmesan, 175 Fat-Burning Keto Recipes ($17) by Sam Dillard: Keto-fy your Instant Pot with this cookbook, which promises 175 fast and tasty recipes you can whip up in your multicooker. Authorized by Instant Pot itself, the cookbook brings you legit techniques for poaching eggs and making Parmesan-crusted chicken. You can even download a free Keto summer menu from the author to get you going.

Made Whole: More Than 145 Anti-lnflammatory Keto-Paleo Recipes to Nourish You from the Inside Out ($35) by Cristina Cup: Keto doesn’t have to be all cheese and meat. This cookbook, out July 17, combines the keto diet with a paleo approach, meaning only whole, un-processed ingredients. Find recipes for every occasion, whether it’s a weeknight dinner like toasted coconut salmon or weekend breakfast like savory flax waffles.

Easy Keto Desserts: 60+ Low-Carb, High-Fat Desserts for Any Occasion($20) by Carolyn Ketchum: The keto diet is full of savory, satisfying meals, but those with a sweet tooth will appreciate this desserts-only cookbook. Expect plenty of bars and cheesecakes to share with friends to get them hooked on the diet too.

Sandwiches Without Bread: 100 Low-Carb, Gluten-Free Options! ($17) by Daria Polukarova: You don’t have to be sandwich-less while eating keto! This cookbook, out August 7, has recipes for creative bread substitutions like cucumber, apple slices, and grilled eggplant.

The Everything Low-Carb Meal Prep Cookbook ($20) by Lindsay Boyers: Take your keto meal planning to the next level with this book, available August 14. In addition to 300 recipes like salmon deviled eggs and coconut chicken curry, the book includes a two-week meal plan and shopping guide.

Ketotarian: The (Mostly) Plant-Based Plan to Burn Fat, Boost Your Energy, Crush Your Cravings, and Calm Inflammation ($20) by Will Cole: If you’re tired of eating burgers and bacon, this plant-based cookbook, available August 28, might be for you. In it, you’ll find more than 75 vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian recipes. Though we have yet to see the recipe index, we’re very into the cover image of baked eggs in avocado halves.

Southern Keto: 100+ Traditional Food Favorites for a Low-Carb Lifestyle($35) by Natasha Newton: Southern food is not exactly known for being low carb. (Chicken and biscuits, anyone?) But this cookbook promises keto-friendly recipes for your favorite Southern dishes and comes out just in time for the holidays on November 20.
